Newbee intro

Post #1 by TerryAustin1964 » Sat Apr 13, 2019 1:14 pm

Hello From Grafton, WVa.
I'm Terry, my 85 F150, is my long ongoing driver, work truck, project truck.
Currently not running 300 6cyl that is older than the truck, 1v. Carb, electronic ignition.
Can't get her to idle and or rev she sat for some time when old lightweight trans self destructed.
I currently work for a Chevy dealership but I still bleed Blue oval blood.

A big welcome Terry, to the Ford Six forums home of the largest collection of info and knowledgeable people on the 240 / 300 big Ford Six'es. Good luck with your 85 F150.
A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!

I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone! :bang: 1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.
