New to inlines

Post #1 by Nailhead426 » Tue Nov 07, 2017 4:35 pm

We picked up a 1982 F250 2wd with a 300 and auto trans About 10 months ago. Looking forward to playing with it more and added performance mods along the way. It has almost 48,000 original miles, lifted about 3", we just added 33" BFG's on stock looking 16x8 rims. Interior is all original and very clean. I just picked up a Clifford performance header, intake manifold and a Holley 500cfm carb. Will be looking for advice and how to tips along the way. I do drive this upwards of 125 plus miles everyday. Thanks for letting me in!

Welcome the Ford Six site home of the most info and knowledgeable people on the 240 & 300 big Six'es. Thats  a real good looking 1982 pickup you have, good luck on your mods.
A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!

I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone! :bang: 1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.
