Re: New from Illinois
Welcome to the Ford Six site George, good luck on your project 6

A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!
I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone!
1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.

Re: New from Illinois
Well if you want to read and learn then your best first step is to get a copy of the Falcon Performance Handbook for the 144/170/200/250
sixes. For the few dollars it costs it is a great bargain and will get you up to speed on all the good stuff you will want to know. It is full of solid and useful information. No fluff or claptrap.
