Frame off restomod 1966

Post #1 by 66BroncoDD » Tue Jan 07, 2014 9:58 pm

So when I asked the guys if I should stick with my six over at the classic broncos page, they essentially let me know that I'm crazy for even thinking it http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232358. The good news is they sent me over here to get more knowledge about my six. And knowledge I have gained! I've read every bronco post on here and I ordered the Ford Falcon six Cylinder Performance Manual. I've read it cover to cover and, other than a disappointing lack of Bronco specific information, I did get a LOT about sixes out of it. This message is just a warning to prepare yourselves for a barage of questions 8)

Glad you made it. I always make people aware of this site when they show an interest in keeping the six in their Bronco. Classic Broncos is my favorite Bronco forum but most Bronco owners prefer a v8. Visit classicinlines.com also for good tech info and access to performance parts for your six. Looking forward to hearing about your build and any questions you have.
66 Bronco-1970 250, NV3550, DSII, 4 turn ps, uncut, 1" bl, 2.5" sl, front disc, twin stick D 20, 30 x 9.50
NEXT- direct mount 1.08 on D8 head, power brakes, rear limited slip, 3G, electric fan, electric upgrades, custom curved DSII, header, 31" tires

New guy? Get the Falcon Performance Handbook and Ford six high performance parts from https://vintageinlines.com

My EB has a 200. I'll keep it till it blows, then decide either merc 470 or a big block.
