Welcome to the world of the squeaky Ford front suspension. More than likely it is the upper A-arms. You may be able to install grease fittings in them, but it is tight and takes a special set of 90-degree fittings. Or you can cut holes in the shock towers to install straight grease fitting. Ugly looking.
If you are going to upgrade your suspension, then make sure your new A-arms have grease fittings installed.
