FINALLY! Shirts!

Post #1 by 1966Mustang » Mon May 08, 2017 4:31 pm

So, this didn't quite work out with the screenprinters the way I wanted it to - basically it was going to cost way too much $ to get the shirt I wanted screen printed - 6+ screens, a lot of colors and handling etc.

But, I think we've got the next best thing and a lot more options!

Please check it out and get what you like! Hopefully they arrive for y'all to wear to the M6A Show!

Thanks,

I just ordered a T and a hoodie. I saw that they screen them after the orders come in. That is a great deal for you. Means that no one will get stuck with piles of XXSmall and XXlarge in his garage for years and tears. Congratulations, Perry.

Hey Bill ....

Go larger not smaller. It it is too small, you'll never wear it. But if it is too big, you can use it for a pajama top.

I quickly realized that to get it screen printed locally would have been EXTREMELY cost prohibitive. Going with the local option, their requirement was 25 T-shirts and 25-Hoodies - in grey only, and I had to know what sizes beforehand... hence that sign-up sheet link... sorry! I couldn't justify the cost (and more importantly the logistics) no matter how I tried to figure it.

So, Teespring/CafePress/Others are probably the best option out there. I can offer more garment style and color options and not be too constrained. If I throw a bunch of stuff up there and people like it great - if not, no biggie - it just sits unsold in the interwebs. They didn't have the pocket-tees at this time unfortunately. But, they DO offer ladies tanks/tees, etc. Funny, none of those have been purchased - I thought we had more ladies floating around here.

All this means I can spend my time working on the forum, promoting, planning and not have to worry about the shipping of product, dealing with customer and vendors. Waaaay less stressful.

I already have 3 of the shirts - I've been trying to get all of the styles to see how they actually look/feel -
I think the AZCoupe one is awesome! I wore that out to the Jimmy Buffet concert in VA Beach Thursday night.
The Swooshy FordSix.com getinline Logo one is good.
The 20 Years one is good.

I'll get the others for my self next week. One did sell to Switzerland, but I don't know who it is!

Wear em' out there, be seen, spread the word - you are all ambassadors!

Best regards and thanks!

Perry
