I found an engine builder just down to road from me. He's done a few hi-tuned ford 6's. I know one of the old comet owners had his tri-6 built there. think his name was "gotta61comet"
For the shop, it's located in the back of the store called "School Street Auto Parts" in Taunton. he isn't part of the store, but has his workshop in the back of it. he does a lot of racing engines.
For general mustang work, I like Leonards Automotive in Taunton as well. Ed is the owner and specializes in pretty much anything mustang.
For Body work and alignment, I go to After Hours in Taunton. Probably the only person willing to touch and accurately align an old car. I haven't had body work done there, but have seen their work and is top notch. I little pricey though...you pay what you get.
