looks like I am goign EFI .....

well a buddy has been itching me to buy his old haltech from him (fuel only batch fire setup) and I have been thinking of drilling/milling/gringing pockets in the head for injector bungs to be bonded in place. I got a couple old 2.3L fuel rails to hack and weld (gives me a nice factory style regulator too and hookups) doing this all on a 250 head that I am milling for a direct mount ford tbi unit that will be gutted and used for TPS signal. this combo will allow me to go to a 2bbl when in trouble very quickly. a duraspark dizzy will provide my crank signal to run the batch fire and will allow easy timing control. picking up the unit from him in a week or so and will update on that when more info is collected.
 
I will be looking forward to that, may you be the first (that I know of) to have such a setup on a log.
