What particular vehicle is the V6 in? Ranger, Taurus, or what?
Are you thinking of swapping the EFI system from one of these engines onto our inline 6? Remember that any ECU from this year would be OBD2, and would have a boatload of sensors that would have to be transferred/adapted over for the system to function. These OBD2 systems used input from, or monitored, the transmission, charcoal canister, crank position, cam position, and other minor aspects of the engine that can't be bypassed. OBD1 systems were a lot simpler and could give you similar performance for less hassle.
