Loose Wires within Engine Compartment

Im still working on the 1986 Ford F-150 , 300 Inline 6 , 3 speed , Carb , that's been sitting for a long time, I keep coming across wores that are disconnected that I have no Idea where they go ?...Can anyone Chime in and Help?

Having worked on the Ford assembly line many years ago I can tell you that offen not all those wires / plugs are going to be connected. It's going to depend on the parts and accessories that your truck was equipped with. Your best bet is to see if you can find a factory wiring diagram on line. Other sources are if you have a local library, a Hynes manual that cover your truck year also has the wiring diagrams. Good luck :thumbup: :nod:

I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone! :bang: 1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.
