Sticky post in 144-250 "Small Block" Six Performance forum

Post #1 by John Ha » Mon Jan 22, 2018 10:12 am

HI, I looked at the "pinned" post named "1 BBRL Air Cleaner Adaptors (new)" in the 144-250 "Small Block" Six Performance forum. All of the photos for the product are missing from the post and the Classic Inlines site (there's a link to that in the post as well) does not show that product. Can you please either remove this post or update it with new information so that interested parties can find the product? Thanks.

The photos not showing up is because of Photo Buckets new policy which is outside of the Ford Six sites control. They recently decideded that they will not host free posting of photos and now they want to be paid. Its stinks and I don't know what can be done to fix this at the moment, though I am sure there is away with some amount of work.

If you haven't heard yet due to the passing of Mike a few years ago he was the owner of C.I. (Classic Inlines) so it's no longer in bussness. But a new company was formed and bought the remaining parts and rights to the make these products. Vintage Inlines is that company you can contact them at https://www.vintageinlines.com

if you have an interest in obtaining any of these parts you would need to contact V.I. about that. Good luck on your project.
A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!

I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone! :bang: 1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.

Thanks. I guess the thrust of my post here is that the post about the adapters is, as it exists now, neither useful nor relevant because it contains missing/wrong information. It should either be corrected or replaced and removed from "pinned" status.

Cheers :-)

I agree that it should be deleted. Are there any objections?
