60 ford ranchero daily driver. 200 tri power, modified c4 trans, ds2 distributor, msd programable 6al2, weber ict's, 8" rear end with full spool, 3.40 gears, 245 tires, CI dual out header, Flowmaster, 114hp shot wet nitrous kit. JE Forged pistons, 280 110lc cam, around 11-1 compression.

8) i havent tried one of those, but currie does make a quality product, and the price is pretty good. if you want one i say buy it.

i plan on it some day, they also have a big pinion bearing kit and a solid spacer to replace a crush sleve

That really is a good price, and only 10 pounds!

FWIW...We have a Stange 9" aluminum housing in Kelly's Falcon and it's been great!

We've been trying to break it for years now without any issues! (knock on wood!) :D

Granted it's not a Currie and it's not a 8" version, but the aluminum part is the same!

8) years ago when i crew chiefed on a fuel altered, we tried our best to break a set of strange engineering axles to no avail. :lol: :lol:
