79 Granada Dashpad rubber bumper position?

79 Granada Dashpad rubber bumper position?
I'm painting my dashpad and windshield tray. There are three rubber bumpers. 2 on each end and 1 in the center. With way are the meant to be installed point up or point down? Someone has had it off and switched them around or the factory mixed them up cause I have 2 pointing up and one pointing down. Kinda silly but if your on this site you can understand my desire to do anything right or better. Here are some photos.

I think I have determined that the bumpers point up after finding a few others. The flat part is meant to provide a cushion underneath the tray.

A bad day Drag Racing is still better than a good day at work!
I am still hunting for a project car to build but with my current low budget it's not looking so good. My Ex- Fleet of Sixes these are all long gone!
1954 Customline 223 3 speed with O/D, 1963 Fairlane project drag car with BB6, 1977 Maverick 250 with C4, 1994 F-150 a 300 with 5 speed.
