rebuilt 200 on ebay

Post #1 by DannyG » Wed Oct 04, 2017 1:15 pm

Not mine, looks like it could be a good deal for somebody here ?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-200-engine ... Kf&vxp=mtr

Balanced and blueprinted Ford 200 6 cylinder. Log rail intake modified for 2 barrel Weber. Adjustable rocker arms, head heavily modded, oversize valves. Completely rebuilt with all new everything (pistons, rods, distributer, bearings, valves, etc.) I had originally had this engine built for my son's resto-mod 66 Mustang and after spending over $3000 on the engine we ended up going with a 302 for the project. Engine has 0 miles on it and has never been fired.

Aluminum Alloy Pistons .030 over
Clifford Hydraulic High Performance Cam
Chrome Rings
Adjustable Rocker Arms
Hydraulic Lifters
High Lift Springs
Chrome Molly Retainers
Chrome Molly Pushrods
Block 0 Decked
Head .060 milled
Log Rail Intake Modified for 2 Barrel Weber
Splitter welded into Intake

Designed to put out around 360 Foot Pounds of Torque and about 260 HP. This was built to be quite a sleeper. Anyway, this is a great engine sitting in the garage and at this point we will never be using it so if you want to add a little pep to your Ford 6 200, boy do we have an engine for you. I would prefer to sell locally but will crate and ship to the lower 48 for an additional $350. If you are in the Austin Texas area you are more than welcome to come pick it up and save a bit on the shipping (If and when you win the auction).

260hp? With that setup, it would be a miracle.
