My plans have changed and I have a new rebuilt short block and newly rebuilt T-5 with S10 tail housing.
Late model block high mount starter block, new bore to fit Aussie spec hypereutectic flat top pistons, pistons are 0.003 in the hole custom Childs and Albert zero gap rings, early forged rods with polished beams, fresh ground crank. Rotating assembly balanced. currently has a new Clay Smith 278 solid cam in it. all machine work done by Moffet and Bratton racing engines in Boise, Idaho, never ran still on the engine stand. $650.00
Extras all new except bellhousing, from Modern Drive line. Billet steel flywheel, I don't remember what they called the 9" clutch kit, but it is stock feel but will hold 300hp. Trans Cross member for early Falcon, Bell housing (bell is used) and Modern Drive line adaptor and hardware kit, like I said all new never installed. $550
I have way more into this stuff than I'm asking. This is about 1/2 of what the stuff cost me. If I don't have to ship it I'll even cut a better deal. Open to reasonable offers
