Valve cover

Post #1 by Pmelsness90 » Thu Dec 13, 2018 7:04 pm

Decided I'm going to sell this valve cover instead of stripping it an re shooting it, decided to go different colors so I'll just get another cover, 100 bucks or a reasonable offer.

Man that's a beaut - I live in Medford right now, but I'm moving north at the end of the week. Are you around on Friday (Feb 15th...) Not sure how the weather is going to look headed that way.

No problem - would ya ship it to PDX? I'll be back in town periodically over the next month or so if you're not in a specific hurry.

I can ship it but if your goin to be back it would probably be best to avoid shipping so it doesn't get damaged, I'm in no hurry and it's not in my way if you want to wait to pick it up.

Do you have any other parts for sale? I'm in PDX as well and building a 300 from the ground up.

I've got a block a couple 300 carb heads a crank an rods, the crank an rods in my opinion are junk it looks like it ran out of oil the journals are pretty scorched, the block an heads appear to be in good shape but haven't had a machine shop check them out, got two power by Ford valve covers not painted, I think that's it I'd have to dig everything out if your needing a certain part.

I'm building from the ground up, don't have the motor yet. The truck came with a junk 223 I6 that was beyond repair. Putting the 300 for many reasons. Looking for hop up parts or short block. Thanks for the speedy reply!

Yeah probably the only thing that would be of use to you is my spare block but I'm debating whether or not to keep it for a spare because I'm new to forced induction and mine is getting pro charged.

I've found a decent donor from a 94 f150 in the area. I've also considered forced induction, have a free Holset HY35 sitting in the garage. Thanks for the replies.
