Anti Rust additive for antifreeze?

I recently used a product called EVAPO RUST. Supposed to be save for cooling systems and it dissolves rust. Pricey though $22.00 a Gallon.

That's it,
a good quality af/ab (name brand, however you want to call it) no additives (lubes, stop leaks, etc),
distilled H2O,
and drain/flush every other to every 3rd or 4th yr…
make sure the air is outta the system, check thermostat operation,
good ta go -
 
Rain water is better than anything that comes out of the tap around here, and I filter it, but probably safest to go with distilled water.
