Oil pan, ACP and Scott drake

Does anyone know if the ACP and Drake pans are made by the same people? I purchased an ACP from ecklers a while ago and it is a horrible fit. Mostly in the rear, profile around the rear cap/seal is out of wack and several mounting holes do not align.

I really hate to start whacking just to have a leak.

OK, looks like were "back up".

Each company does a different job on quality of fit for their panels and I recommend finding 1 co & stickin w/it (after finding it is the best 4 U). They all seem lousy (need twiquing) but some co.s R a lill better. It seems the more companies in the chain U go thru (U just used 3 it looks) the worse the end result. Try the actual manufacturer (like S/D & Dennis C), ACP is a retailer (hard 2 say what they deliver).

I use LKQ & Keystone (it's local retailers) - have been pretty good for me but still need adjustment. Can U find or afford Ford?

Hi, why don't you look for a Ford pan.
I would think some of the guys around here have some.
I know I have an extra oil pan on the shelf from a Mustang
Good luck

rear sump if bronk...

For the record the Scott Drake branded pan is the same totally whacked piece of garbage as ACP. In fact is has a Scott Drake label placed over the ACP label.
