Motor mounts

Post #1 by FordThunder » Fri Jan 11, 2019 4:16 am

Hey guys, I am in the need of new motor mounts for my 1996 F-150.I was curious if you guys have come across any poly-eurathane or higher density over factory type mounts? Everything I have found is for V8 set ups.

Autofab is the only company making what your looking for. I purchased a set a few years ago and they are very nice. I put these to the test many times and they are holding up great. You will feel a little more vibration, but not a significant amount.

I'm going with poly leaf spring bushings to build ones similar to Autofab's.

Nice, that’s what I’m looking for! I have to replace with stock mounts out of necessity at the moment. $30 vs $260. Tires and the exhaust first. Ole Thunder and I thank you!
