Intake manifold holes

Have a Offy intake manifold and was wondering what these holes are for?

Vacuum sources for power brakes, hvac control valves, emission vacuum supply and other manifold vacuum controlled items.

My secondaries are vacuum powered for the carb. Would that be a good place to source that from? I guess then the other one could then be plugged up?

The carb supplies its own vacuum for the secondaries, if you have no other vacuum needs plug both the holes.
