Mounting any carb intake along with the EFI exhaust manifolds is no problem. But if you want intake manifold heat, you could make up a tube from the EGR port on the exhaust manifold to the base of the intake and a tube from the heat base to the exhaust pipe down stream. And you might need a heat riser valve on the rear exhaust manifold to force circulation through the heat base.
As for the ignition, I don't know if the TFI will still function properly with the carb conversion. I would think you will still need the MAP sensor and IAT sensor connected. Or you might have to change the distributor to one with vacuum and centrifugal advance.
