What on earth does this crank fit??

Looks like a crank for an odd-fire V6; an engine that doesn't have the optimal 60-degrees between banks.

Either for a race engine, or someone with very deep pockets who can afford a one-off.

That is what i was thinking. It did look to a bit of everything all in one crank.
 
The page is currently down but it could be a combination engine air compressor crank from some industrial machinery
these were made with an engine that uses some cylinders as a normal engine and some as air compressor cylinders
