Rally Pac

Will a V8 Rally Pac work on a 6 cyl. motor?

No unless it has a switch on the tach to go from a V8 to 6 Cylinders or you can find a good instrument and gauge repair or restoration service that can mod the original or install a new movement. But they did make them for the sixes and there might be some new reproductions being made. Good luck in your hunt.

There are Rally Pacs out there with 6cyl tachs; I have one.
Sometimes you can find the Rally Pac, or just the 6cyl tach, on Fleabay.

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I will try scott drake and see if I can find the one I need . I will let you all know what I find.

Steve's pretty cool, just wish he went into more detail on that. I guess it's pretty self explanatory but measurements woulda been nice...

I found out that some of the scott drake rally pac's have a 3 dip switches on the back that convert from a v8 to 6 cyl. I was able to find the correct rally pac for the 6 cyl. through scott drake C5ZZ-10960TBKC should work. I like the look of the 65 over the 66 style so hope it will wire up to a 66 harness.
