170/200 head with port divider?

Hi Guys,
I just had a head rebuilt for my 170. It is off of an early Mustang & I just noticed that the center exhaust ports have a divider in the casting. My original head didn't & many that I have seen didn't either. Is this unusual? I have a header coming & am happy to see that I won't need to be adding one. Just wondering if this is a rare find.

you lucked out, the previous owner had the port divider installed, all US and even the aussie 2V had siamesed 3/4 ports.
