Hi, the valve cover and oil pan are interchangeable, but are different depending on the year and model. Good luck

The older valve covers are a little taller or fatter or something. I tried to fit an 1101 carb on a head with an early 60s valve cover and there was some interference. With a late 60s valve cover the carb fit fine.
