1980 200 in a 65 stang

Would I be able to drop in a 200 from a 1980 Fairmont into a 65 stang if I am using the C4 from the Fairmont as well?W@ill I encounter any problems?

You'll need an oilpan and pil pump pickup from a 65-70 Mustang as they are front sump. You will also have relocate the dipstick tube from the back of the block to the front. There is a casting in the block with a plug, just swap the tube with the plug and you're good to go. I have a 200 out of 79 Fairmont in my 65 Mustang. You will also either have to swap in the points distributor or install the Duraspark, go with the later, there is tons of info on this site concerning this upgrade. That all I can think of for now.
