For those that have been asking, we now have 1V pulleys, as well as 2V. However, I just got them this
afternoon so I still need to get them anodized and/or polished. Prices are $50-1V or $55-2V in a natural
finish (anodized or fully polished extra). http://classicinlines.com/proddetail.as ... D200%2DBWP

Mike, will these fit the 250?
I'm not sure? The diameter is 5", height is 2.125" (1.875" inside)
If the 250 pulley is different, let me know the dimensions and we'll make
some up. All I need is the outside diameter and the inside height.

Those look great Mike.
Hope you've been selling the 2 groove like hotcakes to the A/C loving Falcon crowd. The 1 groove should be very nice for that extra 10% of fan speed at idle (plus the shiny factor).
I know a lot of people hesitate to use billet pulleys on daily drivers, and yes aluminum pulleys do wear, but I have to say the design of these pulleys should make them last a long, long, time in regular service. Not to mention having A/C makes the wife happy.
100k+ miles of use on one of the plain aluminum pulleys shouldn't be a problem. The hard anodized pulley would likely be a "life of the car" pulley.

DEFINITELY worth the $$$!!!

My raw aluminum (and polished) "prototype" is 7 years old, with 98k miles of daily driving on it now. Yes, there is some wear! But, it is still working great. I'll be doing a cooling system service/refresh this spring, and post some pics of what 7 years/95k+ miles worth of abuse looks like. Maybe it will be time to upgrade to a hardened pulley, for the next 100k on the Falcon. Or maybe it will be fine. We'll see.

Thanks for making these pulleys available to all!

Will do, give me a couple of days, I think I have a pully in the garage that I can measure.

Mike,
I found one, The outside Dia. is 6 3/4" it could be smaller because it comes within 1/8" of the Thermostat housing, the inside depth is 2 3/16".
Let me know if you need anything else.

Are the 250 pulleys single or double groove, or both?
Anyone got an extra one laying around?

Mine is a single groove but that doesn't mean that there are 2 groove pulleys on cars that have a/c or p/s
