does anyone sell a 2 groove water pump pulley for our 200's? I want to run double belts for the high amp alternator I got. My single one seems to be slipping even under high tension.

Also, will a double groove alt pulley from a 289 work on our 200's?

Thanks,
Paul

I'm trying to get one of the more "broke" machinists that work for/with my brother to turn out a dozen (two dozen?) or so. These would be for the shortnose water pump, turned out of aluminum, and 5 inches in diameter. Should happen before summer is officially here. I'll sell them as close to my cost + shipping as possible. I know there's a need, and hot weather is getting close.
5 inches in diameter (vs. 5 and 5/8 inches) will turn the water pump about 11-12% faster.
If you can't wait, and have a machinist handy, here is the link to a PDF of the plan for the pulley that will be produced:

I've had the "prototype" on one of my cars for a while now. Seems to be working great (still very shiny). I don't notice any power difference at all from the full size pulley, this is also the car I get the great mileage with.
Updates shortly.

I have one that I might be willing to sell. I'm at college right now so it might be 2 weeks before I would be able to get home and ship it out. Make me an offer if you want it.
