Does anyone know what the timing and point gap should be on a 1968 I6 Mustang?

6-12 is the range that most of the fairly stock guys seem to be running here, 6 being what the 66 manual lists for manual trans and 12 for the autos.

The 66 manual lists .025 for a gap. I have always had better results setting with a dwell meter which 37-42* at idle.

Again this is from a 66 factory shop manual so I dont know if there were any changes for 68. I dont trust most other manuals.
