man, that thing's awesome
anything done to the engine? any modifications you're gonna do?

and is that a grenade for the shifter?

btw a neat idea I saw in the shelby cobra re-releases was that they run a pair of 6v optimas behind the seats. this allows a battery half as thick to stick there. Wired in series gives a 12v battery. granted it costs a little bit more. also there was a post on hamb where a optima was placed inverted inside the dashboard of a roadster.

Neat-O! Man,wonder what something like that weighs in at? Very crude!(and rude.......      :wrench: :wrench:   ). OO6./The-X-Or-Six!

drool..... bias plys....

you def need a edelbrock setup on that.

were you that guy over on hamb asking around about 200 info?

yup that was me :P ..so tell me more about this edelbrock set up????
also i was going to run [2] motorcycle batteries in series..i have a killer WWII amo box thats the same color and was going to put the batteries in that..but this batterie was free,,so was the tiedown for it
MUSTANGSIX... it rides like a wheelbarrow..

Awesome

But as much as I love the look, where I'm from it wouldn't last as even a trailer queen.

Still looks good and I'm jealous.

edelbrock made a progressive tripower setup for the sixes along with a matching finned valvecover. but they are near impossible to find and fetch $$$

but offy still make a similar intake for about $200
and clifford performance makes a valvecover

The intake is easy to get and still available new. The alloy VC is gold if ya can find one. Chrome VC are available no problem.

My kid is going nutz about your car. He is doing a '28-9 roadster. His target is to get it up and running for Hot August nights in Reno.

thanks for all the complements...im still gibby,,,when i got it from a buddy..it was an unfinished frame and unfinished body,,the suspention was mocked up and the steering was working..i had to finish weld the frame and rear radius rod mounts on the axle.. master cylinder mount,,tranny mount,,other than that it kinda fell together,,i home made the headlite mounts and taillite mounts,,made my own exaust system,,sectioned the rad shell,,made my own windsheild frame,,wired it,,got it running,,finished off the body[backpanel],,found some 46-48 ford brakes,,home made some front shock mounts and mounted the rear shocks,,made floors..and it fired up on the first shot!!!!
