Mount a log head on a stand on it's side bolted to the head bolt holes.
Build a mold made of steel plate bolted to the exhaust bolt holes.
The mold would be built to cast aluminum around the log in the design of your choice.
The head would be brought up to the melting temperature of aluminum in a furnace then the mold would be filled with molten aluminum then very slowly cooled.
