All Small Six 250 head on a 200

This relates to all small sixes
I have no doubt there is a thread on this . Since I am new here and getting acclimated to the forum I thought I would ask.
I am building a 200/C4 combination for a jeep (like the older Broncos)...
Can I use a 250 head on the 200 block to get separate manifolds or do I have to use a later head and mill it for the 2 bbl...?

The US Ford 250 head is integral intake manifold also, sadly. A couple of options but harder to find will be the CI aluminum head or the Australian head. If you get a copy of the Falcon Performance Handbook it will provide info on what you are attempting to do.

simply peruse:
by clicking on the Tech Archive aththe blue horrozintal line above.
The 200/250 are basicly identical (esp in later yrs) the #s difference is thru stroking not boar.
Sometimes it is more helpful if one goes to the very basics when asking here. Almost like U have a partial solution to whatever U seek inbeded in ur Q. "What's the best way to re-power my jeep?" The 2 yrs the 3.3 wuz in the bronk I'm not sure it hada C4. The C4 wuz w/the 289/302.
