I'm getting ready to finish assembling my 262 in the next few days. The instructions for my Felpro - head gasket says "requires a thin coat of PRO LINE BRUSH TACK or SPRAY TACK SEALER applied to the metal sides of gasket". I have built a few V8, and never used any kind of sealer on them. This is my first time vintage six like this. Do I install dry or use a sealer? If so, what is everyone using?

Thanks

if fel-pro recommends it i would use it. i always use k&w copper coat made by crc industries. it comes in a brush on or a spray can. if you can't find it locally try this link click on it and scroll down it's toward the bottom of the page http://inpcars.com/adhesives/22.html
