Ok, heres what i got. I have a 74 250. I'm thinking of using 3 stovebolt adapters and modifing the log for 2 additional carbs.. maybe try using the linkage Stovebolt sells.
I plan on larger cam, raising the compression ratio and port divider and headers.
First question. think it can be done???
Second question.. How do you tell these carbs apart??
I see stove bolt sells the HW 5200 and the Cw5200..
Clifford sells a weber 32/36 or a 38/38
They sure look identical to each other.. I also know they can be called DVG and DFG or something like that..
I spot these carbs all the time in the wrecking yard and thought about picking up 3 of them to rebuild. I usually see these on Ford V-6s so I'm asuming these are the bigger of the 2 carbs..
I think i'll have to go back and read the Performance book again, but any help could and would be appreciated.
