Fix the 200 or swap in a 250.
Well, it seems i will be putting a new cam in the 200 for now (not sure which 1 yet, but it should be running by late March).
Future plans are to upgrade the car slowly with suspension mods(perhaps 4 wheel discs), then interior upgrades (I really want a tach and tilt) and finally paint.
After that I,m considering a performance 250 (been researching the OZ heads) or really being different and swapping in a 300 EFI and AOD tranny.
Has anyone got any info on the 300 swap? I,m really intrigued by this option, with all the drivetrain options and the reliability of EFI.
Keep in mind this will be my playtoy/daily driver.
I have a 97 F-150 4X4 that i dearly love, but it LOVES gas more than ME!!!
Really interested in any and all opinions and info.
