I'd like to rejet my carb, but am unfamiliar with the process. How do I determine the right choice of jets? Do you need to disassemble any of the carb to rejet? Where can I buy the proper sizes for my engine setup. I'd like to increase the performance a bit if possible with this combination.
200 32/36 weber from clifford
2>1 headers from clifford
pertronix ignition
.030 pistons
everthing else pretty stock

Thanks, and sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've never done much with carbs. Any instruction on how to do this is appreciated. thanks again. :D

There are no dumb questions here, only smart people who wont sleep until you get the answer you need!

Do a search of Mustangaroo's posts, also Rouges (Rogue Spear!, a person who can find a needle in a haystack), and you will find a note on jetting the Holley-Weber 5200/ Weber 32/36.

There are two types of jet call size, one in millimeters times 100, and the other in cc per minute, and it does get a little confusing!

The search function only goes back to November 2003  , but if you type, say, *carb, by RougeS, then, you may get it.

What I do is find the all the posts by someone I knew who talked about the subject, and then hook onto there profile. That goes back to the great Crash of November 2002! Computers, never trust 'em
