Head bolt torque:

55 foot-pounds, have a coffee break
65 foot-pounds, have a meal break or wait overnight
75 foot-pounds

Not sure on the exhaust but guess at 15-20. Retorque after running in.

Head bolts are 7/16" UNC from memory but not sure on length. Have you got good oil access from the block to the head (Simon dealt with this issue well)? I lightly grease all my bolts with moly grease.

Old manual I have says 13-18 for exhaust manifold to head.

The little milled groove that transfers oil to the rockers from beside the rear head bolt. After milling the head, it loses depth and efficiency. Simon showed how to deepen and blend it with a Dremel, for minimal restriction and loss of oiling pressure.
