All Small Six 5 lug conversion question

Ok guys, on to the next project since finishing the motor build. Previously I did the Scarebird (I think that was the brand) disc brake conversion on the front. I do remember having to buy the Nissan Sentra rotors/hubs. This is still a 4 lug setup. I'm wanting to upgrade wheels and tires, and 4 lug doesn't really have many options. So my options are either drill and replace lugs to 5 lug, use adapters, or do full conversion to 5 lug. If doing the full conversion, with my car being a 1967, the spindles are the same for the I6 and V8 cars correct? Could I keep the Scarebird brackets/calipers and just update the hubs/rotors? I would hate to waste the money spent on the original conversion to replace it all. Any suggestions or options would be great.

I believe you would have to change the brake kit. Scarebird’s 5 lug kit was different vs the 4 lug and used a different caliper and conversion bracket.

That’s the great thing about 67 mustangs 😎
The front spindles are the same for I6 and the v8. You can buy any disk kit and bolt it on for the front 👍
On the rear, you have to drill the axel flanges for 5 lug. No options. Other than swap out whole rear end. I have them drilled, but am going to swap to a 71/2 in or 8 in rear end for disks. I think there are kits for disks for the stock rear end four lug, but I am not familiar with them. I have an extra set of converted axels and will have the whole rear end available down the road if interested
