5 lug vs 4 lug

I have a 1964 fairlane with a 200 and an automatic. It has 5 lugs front and back. Shouldn't it have 4 lugs? Everyone keeps refereing to 5 lugs as V-8 cars. Raymond

8) for mustangs and falcons. the fairlane was a midsized car and thus all got 5 lug wheels, even the sixes.
