5200 HW carb jets.

The jets I used on my 5200 were Weber Jets. There's a local Weber shop that sell them. Or you can get them off the internet. One big difference I noticed in jetting is that the 5200 has a much bigger air bleed therefore needs a bigger idle jet than a real Weber.

Read the posts and then reread them and then read them again. Most the all info you need is there.

You can also pick up a Holly 5200 book from Amazon which will also help.

Thank you. I'm just trying to make sure which side of the chart is the current way Weber is listing their jets v the Holley numbers. I use a carb (4360) that used the same series of jets as listed by Holley (124-xxx) as the 5200 but the sizes are quite different. For example: One Holley listing for a 5200 is 124-131 and one listing for my carb is a 124-215. I want to go up in size due to an extreme lean burn at cruise and need to understand the relationship between the current Weber listing and the old Holley listing so I can determine which Weber 73801xxx to order. It could be that the larger sizes for my carb are not available which is what I am actually trying to determine.

Some of my original jets that came in my H/W 5200 had the Holley number, I used the chart to reference to the Weber jet size since those are readily available.

I had to go back and check some of my notes, the carb jetting part of my brain has been taken over by 8" rearend info.

The left side is the Holley numbers, the bottom is the Weber. I have 315 and 223 on my main jets. That equals around 150 and 130 according to the chart.

This is the company I was getting my jets from; http://www.racetep.com/weberX.html#jets They're local so I could stop by on my way home from work.

They also have some good tech info too, but remember a 5200 is not an exact duplicate of a Weber. There are some differences.
