I have a question (dah).
I've decided to purchase a 5200 from Stovebolt to replace my YF. My question is in reference to fuel/air flow. How much better would it be for me to mount the carburetor directly to the log than say using an adapter? What restrictions am I looking at? I know it's better for a direct mount but I'm just curious as to how much better.
Also, while I'm no this subject, can someone post an illustration of the 5200's base shape or just some dimensions? I need to fabricate a base plate for a direct fit.
