First is a SBF bell C5TA casting with 164 tooth flywheel that was used in 69-70 302 and 351 Mustangs as well as 71 Boss 351 Mustangs, this one has a late 69 casting date so I'm thinking 70 MY, good threads all around no issues, these will also fit 240,250, and 300 six cylinders if they have a 164 tooth flywheel. $150 + shipping OBO
