A few M90 setup questions

I'm throwing an M90 on my bone stock 200 in a 79 Fairmont. I'm wondering how many heat ranges cooler should my plugs be? What is my stock CR? Does anybody know anything about head gaskets? i.e. Which ones are thickest? Then finally, what sort of carb are people using? I only plan to run around 8 psi at this point until I upgrade to a 250 with fuel injection. Thanks in advance...

i would use a 350CFM Holley 2brl and are you planning on a blow through or draw through setup on the SC cause if you wanna do a draw through setup you will need different gaskets on the SC. I think any stock replacement head gasket should do the job for 8lbs of boost and the late model I6's had an 8.?:1 compression ratio so you are fine on that aspect

Could you elaborate a little bit more on that? I've never heard anything like that. Because of the mixture rotting the gaskets or something? Oh and another thing, does anybody have any input on how to set up the pullies? I know I should be reading more into the forums for info but I'm strapped for time right now. Bare with me. Thanks guys...
