Thanks to all those who contributed to my "going a little overboard" post. I really appreciate all the advice and technical help. On that note I figured what I'm going to do is run premium and if it knocks I will add a water injection unit then.
On to my new question. Triple carbing
... I think I want to go this route. My car is not a daily driver so if it takes time tuning I am not worried about that. My plan is to run the engine with my Weber 38 DGAS until it is broken in, I see if I need the water injection unit, and I have a little more money. With the Offy setup I think I will use Autolite 1100's rather than the single webers. Mainly because I already have one Autolite 1100 and buying 2 more plus the offy manifold is about $300 cheaper than buying the offy manifold with 3 Webers. Would this be a good route to go to get the most out of my engine?? One last question I wanna post some pics of my engine up can someone tell me what to do please??? Thanks!!
