About how much power might I gain...

if I swap out my stock dizzy w/Ignitor for the DUI kit, replace the Autolite 1100 with a 350cfm Holley 2V and dump the stock exhaust manifold for a Classic Inlines long tube header?

I'm not looking for exact numbers, just general ballpark figures. Also, could the header be used without the port divider?

8) you wont gain power, so much as reliability. you sould also gain smoothness of operation and quicker starting. one more thing is you lose the spark scatter that occurs in worn distributors.

Blueroo, you will gain maybe 10-15 HP. But you had better lean out the 7448-350 to at least a 59 jet, maybe more.
A slightly larger camshaft will help also.
The secret is to have a matched combination of mods rather than one big mod. More power to you, Bill

I have done only the mods you suggested blueroo and I have to say one by one they didnt feel like a lot. Howeverafter riding in a stock 6 the other day there is definetly power to be felt. I can only imagine head mods and a cam. Only prob with that is my head has been redone in the last year and the local machine shops want a fortune to do a 3 angle job and cut the new valves.

I did something very similar as soon as I bought the car. In sheer numbers it probably wasn't much, but it was across the powerband, so there was more torque anytime I wanted it, and that makes a big difference in driveability. Also, the car felt more relaxed, like it was breathing better (which it was) and I picked up several hundred rpm on the top end which made freeway driving much more pleasant. I say do it!

I'm considering it, but I don't know if it would better to keep the 170 head and do these mods (2v carb, header, DUI)...

or....

get a D7 200/250 head, set it up for EFI, then do the header and DUI.
