Man, so many people dont like the Flows! I enjoy them, but then again, they are all Ive ever heard except for Dans and I dont remember what his was. I love my Flows, but there are points I kinda wish they sounded better I guess. I wish I could hear some of your cars with flows and see if its similar. If yall find a better muffler, let me in on it!!!!!!!

I have Dynomax Super Turbos (dual out header) and love the way they sound. Not too loud, not too soft and not ricey.

Unfortunately, I don't have a laptop and my digital camera doesn't have a mic, so i've got no way to post a sample. I'll have to try and think of another way to get a sound clip....

OK fellas,

here´s some sound of Chris´ 200:

inside

outside

there´s some drone above 2000 RPM which I´m unsure about its origins.
Could be exhaust tone, could be just the recording as well. I can´t really tell.

But one things for sure: it does NOT sound RICEY!

Cool!

Thanks Simon. Oh and the drone, it's the recording. I used my digital camera.  :D

Personally I think Borla's would be the way to go. A friend of mine has them on his 99' stang GT and they sound really, his car is stock except for thoose. I do know Borla's are made for small displacement engines so i think they would work great for I-6's. The nice thing about my friends is they have a real sexy tone that doesn't drone while cruising or around town, but when you get on it they sound nice and mean.

I have dual exhaust with Borla ProXS mufflers (also a FSPP dual out header) and they sound great. They are quiet at idle but it give a great sound when you get on it! :D I would love to post a recording and I have promised several people that I would do so. I will try to get one up soon.

My 200 block in my 83 fairmont has no cat or muffler, runs straight outta the manifold.. the manifold has about 3 or 4 holes and the exhaust manifold gasket is blown and is on there really loose because my head has a crack where the bolts bolt on... mine sounds like a v8:|
