Okay to start off with should I go out and buy the whole mounting kit for the alternator, or does anyone know all the bolt sizes and what not?if so I can just go to the hardware store right?. Also it looks like theres surface rust in the openings of the thermostate and water pump (where the hose's connect.) should I worry about that? And last but not least what kind of fluid do I put into the transmission and where? I guess thats it seems like there's more.

P.S. I am sorry if this message isnt well written, Those fires you may have heard about in california the humboldt fire... Yeah well I was locked out of my own town with fear of the stang burning, So I am still kinda flustered.

I thought of another question but this ones kinda dumb, but thats how you get smarter right? okay so I have in my back yard a 1980 honda civic little 4 banger with a 5 speed. So would that 5 have any chance of fitting up to the 200?

Not at all easy to install that Honda trans! A T-5 would work better and be easier to fit.

The civic is front wheel drive and it has a transverse engine layout so it wouldn't fit. The civic uses a "transaxle" which is a transmission and axle is a single case designed to pull the front wheels. The Honda engine also spins the opposite direction than a Ford engine. And the torque of a 200 would shred the gears in a little Honda transmission in no time

I don't know about your alt ? I'd just rob the parts of another motor. As far as the rust it shouldn't hurt, it would have to have some very large pits before it gives you any problems, just make sure you clean it well and your hose covers all the pits. As for you last ? What kind tranny is it, if its an auto it should have it printed on the dip stick.

its a 3 speed and I couldnt find any dipstick but I have a book that I ended up reading something about a level plug and a drain plug as the only way to fill it. So anyone got any ideas on how to fix a radiator ha...

No, not really, or at least, not in a manner that would be remotely useful in the car in which the 6 is currently installed. It's configured all wrong. The Honda transmission is designed for a transverse engined front wheel drive application, and it works with an engine that I'm pretty sure rotates backwards compared to the Ford 6 (and most other engines, for that matter).
