Anyone care to take a guess,

I have just finished my bracket for my M90 square port rebuilt blower off a 91 t bird, all the information I gathered was to run the blower at 2.6 times the crank, so I had my crankshaft pulley made to be 8.75 to my 3.3 blower pulley, so I could move either up or down, so since I'm not smart enough to do all the math involved, I just wonder what the initial boost will be since it is on a smaller engine than the 3.8, I'm hoping for around 10 -12 PSI on 8.9-1 C/R intercooled, does anyone concur that I may be in the ballpark, most of my parts are being matched for this PSI right down to a custom ground cam and ECU initial setup with 36# venom injectors in Mikes new head for an estimated 275 to 300 horses in the 3.3. I sent Mike a fairly large amount of picks, perhaps he will post some of them when he has time, he has been very busy and very helpfull and my inspiration, sometimes I just wish some would appreciate more what he has accomplished and provides for us.

ASA with a positive displacement pump things are quite different than a centrifugal blower, how much I don't know, but you maintain a certain boost through a much wider rpm range than a centrifugal blower or turbo, in other words you have instant boost even at lower rpms, no lag time. their doesn't seem to be much data for this application on the 3.3

And yes engine size does matter, same rpm 350 vs 200, the 350 uses alot more air, thus reducing PSI and volume of air needed to keep up, otherwise if engine size didn't matter we could mount this little blower on a 460 spinning it at who knows what RPM at 1000 degrees.

Buddy I would LOVE to see some pictures. I've had an Eaton M90 sitting in a box for a few months simply cause I don't have enough money to buy a welder and all the other necessary parts to run boost. I would love to know what your brackets, pulley, belt setup looks like. I also have a 3.3l

Also, what are the specs of your cam? You built it for low end power I assume?

350 my 8.75 dampner pulley is being machined and should be here in about a week are two, they were 5 weeks behind, I will not know the length of the 8 groove serpentine until I have everything in place and then about where to bolt my tensioner which is off the shelf at auto zone, today I just finished the yell terra install and put the aluminum valve cover down and filled with oil and primed, I will most likely put the blower bracket on tomorrow since it has been installed and refined and now painted. One way are the other if you give me a little time to do some final picks, I promise I will find someone to help me post them here, I have a person putting a CD together for me .
