aussie log head cams- are factory ones all the same?

hi there - just wondering - on the aust pre crossflows -ie log heads 200,221,250 's - was there any change in factory cam specs ie duration /lift - or did ford just bung the same in all the motors from mid sixties to early 1970's?
i'm guesssing they were all the same but if not which is the 'hottest' std factory cam?

They did change. Lifts increased marginally, as did duration. I'd bet on the D1-spec cams being the hottest.

However - even they are 36 years old now!
