Looking for a reasonably priced header or manifold for what would be considered TRUE dual exhaust. If anybody has links and prices, options, etc. feel free to throw them my way. Im on a budget, but I would like to see any options, from expensive to decently cheap.

I may make the system with sidepipes also. Anyone know reasonable priced good looking sidepipes for the 62 Falcon?

Thanks,

Joe

I dont have "side pipes" but I do have side exit pipes, two flowmaster 50's that go in and out the same side were used for mine.

Hope that helps a little, I like the side exit tips better than full sidepipes, but thats just personal. With a dual out header and a set of Flows, you cant beat the sound, trust me

I have a dual outlet header from clifford on my 250. I have those collectors running into dual pipes, three to each low restriction muffler(Flow Master like) and then out through a Mach1 type rear valance.

Folks in the neighborhood keep coming over to see the "race" car and can not believe it is a six.

It currently has chrome single tips but that will be changed to the dual tips that are correct for the valance.

I'm using Patriot sidepipes, 70" long if I remember correctly. Cost about $200. I would definately go with a header instead of the stock manifold, it'll sound much better. I'm using a stock manifold.... still haven't put a header on yet, and it sounds kind of "ricey."
